Hotel Accommodation
Please make a reservation on your own. The conference site is accessible from Ichigaya Station and Iidabashi Station, or a bit farther way from Kudanshita Station. There are hotels near these stations, and quite a few are within 10 to 15 minutes’ walk to the conference site. Please be advised that there are no special rates for any of the hotels and that there is no pick-up and drop-off service from your hotel to the conference site.

Important Reminders
If your presentation is in English and you are not organizing a session, you can submit your application as “Oral presentation on an Arbitrary Theme.”
However, please note the following:
- You must be a member of the Japan Society of Family Sociology to present at the conference. If you are not yet a member, you need to apply for membership latest by May 7 to be a member, and pay the membership fee by May 13 after you receive notification of the approval of your membership application. If you are a member, you need to make sure that you have paid the 2023 annual fee by May 13.

After you have completed your membership application, use the following template to prepare your abstract and send it to the Japan Society of Family Sociology Helpdesk (jsfs-desk[at]conf.bunken.co.jp). The allocated time for each presentation is 20 minutes.
